About me - Lenka Hershey
I was born in Vermont but have lived most of my life in the Czech Republic, so I can identify myself as “sort of an expat.” I have lived in the Czech Republic since early childhood. After graduating from the Law Faculty of the Masaryk University in Brno in 2004, I did compulsory training in a law firm. After passing the Bar exam, I started my independent practice in 2008.
Since then, I have worked in family law, criminal law, business litigation and civil law. After 17 years of practice, I find myself focused mostly in real estate law, estates and trusts, and international relations. Given my roots in the USA and strong family support there, I began helping people from the Czech Republic and Slovakia to resolve issues in the USA—and the opposite direction as well.
If you are looking for an English-speaking lawyer in the Czech Republic, particularly outside of Prague where they are harder to find, contact me by phone or e-mail. Do not expect a formal lady in a suit. In fact, I am a pretty informal person. I love gardening, hiking, camping, and bicycling. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors. Actually, the best ideas for solutions to my clients´ troubles arise from my vegetable beds... and I care for them with the same enthusiasm.
